My Journey:
Born and raised in a multicultural environment, I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of different cultures, languages, and business practices. This curiosity led me to pursue a Master’s in International Relations from Thamassat University, where I developed a global perspective on business and diplomacy. My academic journey didn’t stop there; I also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Airline Business Management, which equipped me with a unique understanding of the service industry and the importance of customer experience.
Professional Expertise:
My professional career began with a strong foundation in customer service, where I quickly realized the power of exceptional service in driving business success. Over the years, I’ve held various roles, including Senior Middle East Customer Service at Bangkok Hospital, where I managed the unique needs of Middle Eastern clients with precision and empathy.
Currently, I am proud to serve as the Head of International Marketing at Bangkok Hospital, where I oversee the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market, catering to Arabic-speaking countries. Since 2022, I have been responsible for both online and offline marketing efforts, ensuring that our hospital’s services reach those who need them most. My role involves crafting and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with the cultural nuances of the GCC region, enhancing our hospital’s visibility, and driving patient engagement from this critical market.
In tandem with my role at Bangkok Hospital, I also serve as the Business Development Manager at Chularat 3 International Hospital, leading a dynamic team of medical coordinators and customer service professionals. My focus is on exploring new markets, crafting strategic marketing plans, and continuously improving the patient experience. I take pride in my holistic approach to business development, which seamlessly integrates financial growth with customer satisfaction.
A Passion for Teaching:
Beyond the boardroom, I have a deep passion for teaching and mentoring. As a Lecturer of Arabic Language and Middle East Marketing at Krirk University, I have the privilege of combining theory with real-world experience, helping students and professionals alike to navigate the complexities of the modern business landscape. Teaching allows me to share my knowledge and, more importantly, to learn from the fresh perspectives of my students.
